Refund Policy

Digital Products

Wonder & Scribble sells digital products, including printable worksheets and creative learning packs. Because these are digital downloads, all sales are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations for digital products, except in the following cases: you have been charged more than once for the same product; you have received the wrong file; the file is corrupted or cannot be accessed. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at wonderandscribble@gmail.com, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Live Online Sessions 

From time to time, Wonder & Scribble may offer optional online sessions. Booking terms for live sessions will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, session bookings are non-refundable; you may cancel up to 48 hours before the session for a credit or reschedule; no refunds are issued for missed sessions or late cancellations. Details for specific sessions may vary and will be provided at the time of booking.
